Refund Policy

At our seedbank,

If you have ordered seeds from our website and they did not germinate or were otherwise bad or not popped, we will gladly provide replacement seeds at no additional cost. Seed germination can sometimes be finicky, and there are many factors that can affect whether a seed successfully sprouts and grows. Our goal is to ensure you have a successful grow, so we want to make things right if the seeds we provided don’t perform as expected. Don’t hesitate to contact us – we’re here to help!

Some common reasons seeds why we may not issue refunds  include:

Improper storage conditions leading to seed degradation.

-Planting the seeds too shallow or too deep in the soil, using old or contaminated soil/growing medium.

-inconsistent moisture levels – either too dry or too wet, incorrect soil temperature for the seed variety.

-Accidental damage to the seeds during handling.( this would be compensated if the courier caused it).

If you experience any issues with the seeds you ordered from us not germinating properly, please reach out to our customer service team. We stand behind the quality of our seeds and will send you replacement seeds at no charge. Just provide us with details on the order and the germination problems you encountered.

You may decide cancel your order for a full refund at any time before shipping.
A photo is taken of every order before shipment, if you receive a shipment and the wrong product is sent to you, please send us an email with a photo of the items in your shipment. Upon confirmation of the pre-shipping photo shows you were sent the wrong product, we will send you the correct product free of charge.
Please do not send any products back to us as the package will be refused and returned to sender.

MERCHANDISE

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. We do not refund returns for products, face masks, or size exchanges.

NOTIFICATION FOR EU CONSUMERS

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25
October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
    therefore genetic seeds bank reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
    This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever..
