GENERAL TERMS
– These terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases made from geneticseedsbank website.
– By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. The seeds bank reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
– Third-party terms and conditions are generally not accepted, unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
– This seeds bank guarantees that delivered goods will be in accordance with the order agreement and meet the listed specifications.

DELIVERY
– Delivery will be made as long as the ordered products are in stock.
– The seeds bank will ship ordered goods within 2-3 business days for seeds, 3-5 business days for clones and 5-7 days for international shipments. If this is not possible due to stock issues or other delays, the customer will be notified within 7 days and can cancel the order without charge.
– Delivery obligations are met once the goods have been offered to the customer. Proof of delivery will be the carrier report alongside tracking number, discreet delivery and by priority mail except in cases of active product refusal which rarely happens.
– All delivery timelines provided are carefully and strictly followed.

PRICES
– Prices will not be raised during the duration of purchase.
– The website prices are stagnant but incase of bulk purchase or returning customers, discounts and coupons will be offered while shipping charge are as subject to different geographical locations for which the seeds bank is not liable.

RETURN POLICY
The customer must notify our seeds bank in writing within 14 days and return the unused, undamaged goods in the original packaging.
– The full purchase price (excluding shipping) will be refunded within 14 days if the return conditions are met.
– The right to return does not apply to custom/personalized products or goods where the seal has been broken or the seeds have been tempered with or has been altered.

 WARRANTY
– The seeds bank guarantees the products will be free from material defects, provided they were stored, handled and maintained properly.
– The warranty period is 14 days given proper storage under for the ordered item
– Defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery. Using a defective product will void the warranty.
– If a complaint is deemed justified, our seeds bank will either replace the goods or provide a written compensation, limited to the original invoice amount. If the customer is in default, has modified the goods, or if the defect is due to unusual circumstances or improper treatment.

OTHER TERMS
– Special offers are subject to change or cancellation within 3 business days of the customer’s acceptance.
– The seeds bank reserves the right to refuse orders or require prepayment or cash on delivery.
– Customers must be at least 18 years old to order from the website.
– The seeds bank cannot be held responsible for the customer’s use or distribution of the purchased seeds, which must comply with all applicable local laws.
